I obtain a master’s in “Conflict management and intercultural communication” with my thesis “The business of values. The values of business. Ethics and communication in the Japanese corporate world”.

I attend the first master’s in coaching and start my freelance business. I provide the first in-company intercultural training courses.

16 February 2010

I make the decision on the Air Dolomiti flight that is bringing me back to Linate from Frankfurt. A week full of negotiations and three important acquisitions: one customer in Japan, another in Germany and the third in India. I communicate my decision to Marta, my trusted assistant, “Marta, I’m resigning, this is not the life I want to live”.

30 May 2010

The general manager of the company I am about to leave, where I am Sales Director, gives me a closed envelope and says, “I don’t think you can refuse this offer”. I don’t open it. I set out on my journey as a freelance professional.

My curiosity and passion for interpersonal relationships lead me to explore the world of coaching. I complete my diploma in life & business coaching and immediately start practicing as a coach.

26 August 2014

The same passion that I put into my work is also carried over into my personal goals. I fulfil my sporting dream by finishing the TDS, the world famous 120 km Ultra Trail, with 7,280 metres of elevation gain, around Mont Blanc.

I graduate in business & start- up coaching. A new decisive milestone in building my profession.

3 November 2015

I present my eBook, “Ora tocca a te”, or “Now it’s your turn”, a project that supports Mozambique and allows me to fulfil my dream of going to Africa. I will leave on 26 November.

14 December 2017

I am Co-Founder of Ellecubica, a company that offers services to internationally oriented SMEs.

TODAY

My business today is to grow people and teams using the tools of coaching, training and consultancy. Along the way, I have studied the world of intercultural communication applied to business and, my approach today, is fully intercultural and inter-generational.

My guiding values

PRACTICALITY: because it is only on practical and solid foundations that creativity can be developed and extraordinary results can be achieved.

SIMPLICITY: being simple does not mean being trivial: working with simplicity is synonymous with ethics and transparency.

DIRECTION: only the sailor who knows his way knows where to go. Seneca teaches us to have a vision and pursue it, with individual and collective resilience.

INSPIRATION: because irrational thought, common to all, is the seat of the immense and the possible. I want to inspire the construction of future collaborative scenarios with respect for diversity.

DIVERSITY: I have experienced that there is no guarantee when interpreting the attitudes of others based on pre-defined patterns. Helping to understand diversity, and turning it into an incentive for success, is my passion.
