My working method, based on an intercultural and inter-generational approach in business and relationships, makes it possible to harmonise teamwork, to build or develop groupship through authentic and lasting leadership.

Coaching

The only method of empowerment that allows you to achieve exceptional results with small daily changes.

A method of intervention, that I have tested over the years, that facilitates and does not distort the balance of organisational culture and internal and external communication through intercultural coaching.

Starting with the internationally recognised model, I have customised this model to fit the current highly multi-cultural context.

I work with executive, business, team or group coaching sessions over 3 months, 6 months or a year.

My way of coaching is not for everyone.

My training method is based on three elements: heart, head and legs. This method allows you to re-discover your motivation, to strengthen and maintain it over time, it transfers the skills needed in the daily challenges you face at work and leads to a rapid and lasting autonomy in management while working towards the set goal. You can choose between one-day courses, intensive weekends or personalised courses.

Consultancy

Did you know that only 7% of teams located across multiple locations fully exploit their potential? And did you know that the responsibility lies not with the leader, but with the geographical and cultural distance? Achieving success with a local team is already quite difficult. Things become a lot more complicated with teams working across borders. Making decisions, setting goals, communicating, building trust and respect: all this is made more complicated by linguistic, temporal, cultural, emotional and political boundaries. With an initial assessment I can draw the intercultural team map and construct the route that will allow you to take your team to a higher level. Using my 3 method which is based on emotional, cultural and political intelligence, we work on teamworking and leadership to allow your team to achieve extraordinary results, despite the geographical distance. My advice can be one shot, quarterly or yearly.

What is intercultural coaching?

Whether you work locally, travel frequently or manage teams located in different parts of the world, the success of your business also depends on the ability to navigate safely through cultural differences. To be successful in a globalised context, knowledge of English is not enough, you need to have an intercultural mindset.

What is culture?

The culture of a group is the set of characteristics that distinguish its members from those of another group. Since culture includes both the visible signs of a group (language, products, customs and habits) as well as the invisible ones (norms, values and behaviours) it can also be said that in the age of increasingly driven globalisation, personal, national and corporate culture is influenced and contaminated by continuous commercial exchanges, at all levels. Intercultural communication in business focuses, above all, on how to perceive the world, categorise reality and give meaning to time, things and, critically, people and interpersonal relationships. And so, we must ask ourselves some questions.

How are groups of people formed? What do teams aspire to? What distinguishes one culture from another?

To really understand how personal culture influences behaviour in business, it is essential to know about small data, to explore and discover the “unspoken”, that world of small clues and observations that conceal hidden or unrecognised desires. To discover that beliefs, habits and rituals are nothing more than cultural stereotypes and prejudices that are essential to recognise in order to transcend the very boundaries of culture and to establish a deep and authentic inter-cultural, inter-personal relationship to grow your business. This is why you need intercultural coaching. This is my way of working with people, teams and organisations.
